App download stuck at 48%

Ok, I've finally found the solution. All I had to do was disable everything in the Task manager's startup including the antivirus and do a clean boot. After that, I installed the update from the Windows 10 20H2 iso file, and voila it worked!! I think the antivirus or some other software from the startup was conflicting with the updates.
