InterContinental Bali Resort. The rest are just fine and overall was good. Actually I just visited the hotel to have tea time and enjoy the sunset. However, the hotel still give a nice service and outstanding ocean view.
We stayed at the Indrakila Suite at Amankila and it was beautiful! The most beautiful hotel room I have ever stayed in in my life. The staff at Amankila can read your mind and anticipate what you want before you open your mouth, everyone knows who you are and where you are staying, so they never ask your room number. Food was also excellent, ask for the fried rice to be localized if you like authentic Indonesian food.
Hope to be back one day. Took a 2-night staycation here for my wife's birthday. Can't believe it's 9 years since I last stayed in an Aman property - bad mistake. Perched on the side of a hill, the sprawling site overlooks the sea and has its own private beach, and a signature 3-level pool of which the top level, in which I swam, must be 30 metres plus long. Architecture the usual Aman mix of modern and sympathetic to local Balinese tradition, although style perhaps beginning to date a little now.
Room in superb condition though, with spacious infinity plunge pool and generous accommodation. Food excellent albeit the menu a little short: tried the local food the first night and melt-in-the-mouth fillet steak on the second.
Service always a stand-out at Aman resorts and totally on point here: polite, discrete and friendly staff, very well trained. We'll be back. Perfect for everyhthing. Best services. Best location.
Stay in Ocean View Suite and have an amazing view. The private beach is great. The food is great. The ambience is great.
All the staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Like another Aman, they clean up the Suites three times a day. We are my, husband and Kids are Amanjunkies. And we've already stayed in most Aman in Indonesia. And we always love it. One things that I like Amankila is they have a charity program.
Guest can donate money, clothes, bag etc and they will give the donation to Soul Bali Charity. Me and my Kids donate.
